We want you to love your Mattel Creations fashion and collectibles; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited-edition drops and 'made-to-order' items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
